Edificio del primer tercio del S.XIV que formaba parte de la estructura dotacional de la medina. En planta sigue el modelo de los fondaks: gran patio central con galería de tres alturas. En los laterales existían dos escaleras de acceso a la planta superior opuestas entre sí. L. Torres Balbás recuperó la de la izquierda. La entrada se realiza a través de un pabellón con arco de herradura cubierto por bóveda de mocárabes, que conforma un vestíbulo con alcobas laterales, que precede a la portada de acceso sobre la que se dispone una ventana geninada.

The building was erected at the beginning of de 14th century, and it was part of the original structure of the medina. Its plan follow the model of the fondaks: a great central patio with a lintelled gallery of three orders on its perimeter. There were two opposite staircases at the sides for accesing the upper floor. L.Torres Balbás recovered the one on the left. The building is entered through a projecting part with a horseshoe arch which is covered by a muqarna vault, forming a hall with side niches, preceeding an entrance front over which a split window is placed.
